HMAS Brisbane III joins Royal Australian Navy

HMAS Brisbane III, the second of three Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers, was commissioned into the Royal Australian Navy in October.

NUSHIP Brisbane, the second of three air warfare destroyers built in Adelaide as part of the most complex defence project in Australia’s history is being prepared for her commissioning as HMAS Brisbane III at Fleet Base East in Sydney.

View the journey of this magnificent warship from inception to completion. A feat of imagination, planning, engineering, logistics, administration and sheer hard work.

 

Congratulations to all involved in the building of HMAS Brisbane III.
