The Naval Shipbuilding College is driving the collaboration between education, training and industry across the Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise.
We play an integral role in delivering a coordinated, national approach to workforce development and skilling which will be required to create our Navy’s future fleet.
With the input and support of industry and academia we have created our vision for the Enterprise and invite you to share in it.
