From skilled, experienced workers searching for a career sea change to students pondering their next steps, the Naval Shipbuilding College (the College) is standing-by to answer your questions.

 

To celebrate National Science Week (August 10-17) the College will be hosting a special ‘jobs in science’ edition of ‘Facebook Live Q & A’ event in Perth on Thursday, August 15.

 

A panel of experts will be on hand to provide unique insights and answers relating to the careers on offer as part of the Enterprise and how people can become involved in the country’s largest ever capital expenditure project.

 

Chat with Naval Shipbuilding College Deputy Program Manager (Western Australia), Duncan Powrie; Skilling Australia P-TECH Industry Liaison Officer Asta Morton and ASC West mechanical engineer Kerry Anstiss on the rewarding jobs and careers available within the national naval shipbuilding industry.

The College’s Ian Irving said the Facebook event provided an ideal opportunity for people to engage directly with industry.
